Jean-Claude Bourdon

Chief Executive Officer

Jean-Claude Bourdon founded DOLFINES in January 2000 (Formerly known as Dietswell). He has over forty years of experience in the services to the drilling industry, onshore and offshore. Jean-Claude started his career in 1979 with Schlumberger working in Iraq, Indonesia, Libya, the UAE, Saudi Arabia and UK. He later joined FORASOL-FORAMER where he became General Manager of their drilling subsidiary in Gabon. Prior to establishing DIETSWELL, Jean-Claude was CEO of HORWELL, a well engineering company focused on the then-innovative horizontal and slim hole drilling techniques. As early as 2015, convinced that the offshore expertise of the company would advantageously serve the offshore renewable wind industry, Jean-Claude created a department dedicated to the design of the floating structure Trussfloat to that respect.

Yann lepoutre

Managing Director

Yann Lepoutre joined Dolfines as a Board Member in 2020 and has been nominated Managing Director in April 2021. Yann has over 30 years of experience in the O&G upstream sector. He held various executive positions, in Projects, Operations, Business Development and Strategy. Yann worked and lived several years in Asia-Pacific, Africa and South America where he acquired experience in developing and executing major Projects both in the Drilling and the Offshore Construction industries. Partnering to build value has always been a key element in all projects he delivered. Yann started his career in 1987 with Forasol-Foramer, Pride International and continued with Stolt Offshore, Acergy and Subsea 7. As he is personally convinced that the world needs to change fast, Yann decided in 2017 to promote new technologies, renewable energies and new ways of working by putting his experience at the service of start-ups and SMEs. When their agility is combined with decades of experience from the upstream industry, great things become possible.
