THE JOB

As an HSE Trainer (M/F), you will strengthen the training team based in Bordeaux and carry out HSE training assignments in the areas of certification, off-the-shelf training and instructional design. You will work with our client companies in France and abroad to support them in their risk management and continuous QHSE improvement processes.

  • Contract: full-time permanent contract / Executive
  • Working hours: 39 hours per week
  • Location: Bordeaux
  • Travel: frequent travel in France and abroad
  • Working method: Hybrid
  • Remuneration set according to your years of experience and level of education, starting at €35k including variable components.

YOUR MAIN TASKS

As an HSE Trainer, you will mainly work on the following subjects:

  • Designing, improving and adapting teaching materials (practical sequences, manuals, teaching tools, etc.).
  • Delivering HSE training and coaching learners (support, advice, tools, etc.).
  • Implementing teaching methods and techniques (face-to-face and distance).
  • Carrying out HSE diagnoses, audits and expert assessments.
  • Ensure sectoral and professional monitoring.
  • Participate in focus groups as part of the continuous improvement of our training programmes.


Depending on the profile of the person joining our team, the role may evolve to include participation in project management, cross-disciplinary assignments with other BUs, etc.

You are the ideal profile, If you are...

  • Holder of a minimum BAC+3 level diploma, in the fields of QHSE, risk management or others. Above all, we are looking for a methodical and structured employee.
  • With a minimum of 5 years’ experience in HSE fields. Your maturity, your teaching skills and your interpersonal skills will be your best assets.
  • Fluent in English! You will be required to work in the language of Shakespeare on a daily basis with our clients and colleagues.
  • Enthusiastic about joining a fast-growing group and a team of motivated and creative colleagues!
