Renewable Energies (subsidiary Dolfines)
The market has recently become very active
The investments made during the last three years which allowed the development of the Trussfloat float are now exploitable
Many technical and commercial contacts are conducted for projects coming under our expertise in the field
DIETSWELL, an international specialist in conventional and renewable energies, proposes a situation update at the end of 2019.
In its traditional Oil & Gas activities, DIETSWELL’s backlog is strengthening at the end of the year. In Technical Assistance, the number of offers in the process of analysis and customer feedback allow to consider a significant increase in activity by the end of the year.
For FACTORIG, several significant contracts have been concluded in recent weeks. The activity of this division is sustainable because of the need for oil operators to work with devices whose certification is validated.
This is particularly the case in Algeria and Brazil with the conclusion of several inspection contracts for onshore and offshore equipment;
In addition, a highly innovative high value-added technical contract has recently been activated with a large UAE customer. This long-term contract is aimed at optimizing the performance of a series of complex drilling rigs. This type of service is perfectly in line with the strategy of extending the activity of our FACTORIG branch. Requests for this type of advice and services aimed at both analysing and improving equipment performance and security of operations are increasing significantly. DIETSWELL has the know-how, organization and agility to respond convincingly and economically ;
DIETSWELL has also launched, in collaboration with the specialized company AEGIDE INTERNATIONAL, a set of training programs in the well-rigs sector. All of these new contracts will have an immediate impact on the business as early as December of this year.
Thanks to the intense commercial efforts recently deployed by favoring a high-quality and high value-added qualitative approach, the company expects a significant improvement in its profitability. The actions undertaken a few months ago from our newly reactivated branch in Brazil are beginning to bear fruit with at least one contract signed for the inspection of a drill ship for a deep offshore project. This Offshore Deep market is expected to become more dynamic in 2020, especially in Brazil, driven by the National company.
