- Quality control of generators
- Production schedule monitoring
- Control of turbine pre-assembly at a logistics port (port hub)
- Handling of non-conformities – reporting – meetings.
8.2 Advisory had 3 experts on hand to provide a continuous presence at the plant and at the Saint Nazaire port hub.
