Implementation on Assets of Preventive Maintenance Management Systems, through Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), and monitoring of preventive maintenance performed are key elements to ensure Assets and individual equipment and structures integrity, mitigate NPT, and extend the lifetime of Assets and their components, thus contributing to achieve operational excellence.

In line with your objectives
Dolfines’ audits cover the implementation on the CMMS of OEM recommendations, compliance with industry standards and recommended practices and the implementation of policies of the Assets’ Owners or Managers. To close the loop, audits cover the execution of Preventive Maintenance as well in accordance with such recommendations, standards, recommended practices, and policies, including the management of spare parts, especially those seen as critical.
Auditors check if:
- all equipment, or, at least, main equipment is included in the PMMS,
- job plans include OEM recommendations and generally accepted standards and recommended practices,
- ipreventive maintenance is performed as per the defined schedules,
- stocks of spare parts and consumables are replenished.
PMMS audits can be performed in isolation or as part of an Asset inspection, although, usually audits tend to be performed as part of a broader Asset inspection.
