Examples of services provided to clients
Intervention: Comprehensive technical and strategic advice for the implementation of a Road Safety Management System (RSMS), including diagnosis, co-construction workshops, formalisation of tools and documents, communication strategy and regulatory alignment (ISO 39001).
Intervention: Design and deploy a standardised defensive driving trainer training programme for LafargeHolcim.
The ‘Train the Trainer’ programme was adapted to the specificities of the cement industry and the varied cultural contexts of the countries in which LafargeHolcim operates.
Result: The modules designed to train trainers have been rolled out in more than 20 countries, covering Africa, America, Asia, Europe and the Middle East, and cover both light and heavy vehicles.
