As our tool is rooted in a self-assessment methodology, participants are more aware of the behaviours they adopt in the workplace and are encouraged to reflect on their contribution. As well as raising staff awareness, this tool enables management to find out what the organisation is thinking and to measure the degree to which safety principles have been integrated.

  • Self-assessment tool based on a questionnaire covering 14 key dimensions of safety culture (leadership, planning, skills, inspections, subcontractor management, audits, etc.).

 

  • Each dimension is assessed by 9 to 10 statements, rated by employees.

 

  • The tool measures the maturity level of the safety culture and compares it to the objectives set.

 

  • The results highlight the strengths and weaknesses of the organisation and guide improvement actions.
