HOW WE WORK
Teaching techniques (E-learning)
We use interactive digital tools to deliver engaging content, ensuring flexibility and effective learning at each participant’s pace.
Presentation and validation of the theoretical part of the training module (face-to-face)
Theoretical knowledge is presented in person and validated to confirm participants’ understanding and readiness.
(If there is a practical part) Presentation and validation of the practical part of the training module
Hands-on sessions are organized to practice skills directly, with validation to ensure real-world application.
Theory presenter and Practice assessor
A qualified trainer delivers the theoretical content and ensures concepts are clearly understood. An expert evaluates participants’ performance during practical exercises, guaranteeing skill mastery.
Upon completion, trainers receive certification for three years, confirming their ability to deliver the module effectively.

Client: GCO
Service: Confined space trainer training
Solution: Development and facilitation of a programme certifying competence as a ‘Confined Space Trainer’. At the end of the training, candidates were able to facilitate theoretical and practical training on ‘Confined Spaces’ and assess the skills of workers and supervisors for safe operation in confined spaces.
Result: Following the validation of the criteria, Aegide International certified the competence of 7 “Confined Space” trainers and provided the necessary supports to be autonomous.

Service: Road Safety Training Program
Solution: This project involved the provision of the following training modules:
- Basics of Defensive Driving Theory
- Heavy Vehicle Mechanics
