VENDOR AUDITS & QUALIFICATION PROGRAMS
Turning compliance into competitive advantage
Vendor audits and qualification programs are structured processes that organizations use to ensure their suppliers (vendors) meet the necessary standards for quality, safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance.
VENDOR AUDITS & QUALIFICATION PROGRAMS
BENEFITS
A vendor qualification program is the initial evaluation process used to approve a supplier before they can provide products or services to a company.
A vendor audit is a detailed on-site inspection to verify that a supplier complies with quality and regulatory standards and follows the procedures they claim to have.
Examples of some of the benefits in an offshore wind blade factory :
- Improved blade reliability- Fewer final defects due to consistent material quality and continous surveillance.

- Regulatory compliance- Meets ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IEC 61400 standards.

- Supply chain resilience- Approved backup vendors for each critical material.

- Cost optimization- Reduced rework, fewer quality claims.

- Sustainability reputation- Verified environmentally responsible suppliers.

Our capacity in audit (ISO, MASE, internal client’s standards) & technical services such as rig commissioning and QAQC inspection enables us to conduct robust Vendor audits and qualification programs.
