THE JOB

We are looking for a Senior HSE Consultant to strengthen our ‘Consulting/Technical Assistance’ team and provide HSE support and advice to our clients in France and abroad.
The field and operational aspects will be important in your missions. You will enjoy a high degree of autonomy in your position as well as the chance to contribute to the promotion of a true safety culture in France and around the world!

  • Remuneration: from €45k gross per annum (depending on the profile)
  • Working hours: 39 hours per week
  • Contract: full-time, permanent contract
  • Travel: frequent travel in France and abroad depending on the client's needs and assignments
  • Location: Bordeaux (head office) and assignments in France and abroad
  • Working method: Hybrid

YOUR MAIN TASKS

As an EHS Senior Consultant, you will mainly work on the following subjects:

  • Support our clients in the articulation of their QHSE policy (deployment, implementation and improvement), in the field (e.g. industry, renewable energies, GC construction, building and civil engineering) and at a corporate level,
  • Manage an HSE team on a project via an operational approach to occupational risk prevention and HSE in the field in any type of work environment in France or abroad
  • Support on technical HSE subjects (e.g. lockout, working at height, lifting, crisis management, accident analysis, etc.)
  • Collaborate in large-scale project teams
  • Carry out site visits/inspections and QHSE audits.
  • Develop and lead awareness-raising modules on HSE topics
  • Develop, lead and deliver workshops

You are the ideal profile, If you are...

  • Holder of a BAC +3 in QHSE
  • With at least 10 years of field experience
  • With experience in team management and project management
  • An educator, versatile, with a strong critical, negotiation and diplomatic spirit
  • Comfortable with office tools
  • Fluent in English! (You will be required to work daily in the language of Shakespeare)
  • Mobile in France and abroad (assignments lasting several weeks to several months)
  • Holder of a category B driving licence
