DIESTWELL, an independent specialist in engineering and services for the conventional and renewable energy industry, announces its transition to a continuous listing method on Euronext Growth®, effective June 1, 2018.
This decision was taken by Euronext in response to DIETSWELL’s request and in accordance with the market regulation which authorizes an issuer listed at fixing on Euronext Growth® to switch to a continuous quotation method if it has joined the services of a Liquidity Provider.
Since May 11, 2018, Tradition Securities And Futures (TASF) is Liquidity Provider on DIETSWELL’s stock. Jean-Claude Bourdon, President and founder of DIETSWELL, said:
