		25 Years Highlights
1999
							Jean-Claude Bourdon establishes Dietswell as a Joint Venture with Dietsmann.						
					
								2002
							Dietswell becomes an independent company, wholly owned by Jean-Claude Bourdon. The company positions itself as a Well Engineering and Drilling Operations Company.						
					
								2005
							Dietswell acquires Sofindel, a Rig Engineering company.						
					
								2005
							Dietswell signs a framework Technical Assistance contract with TOTAL to provide Well and Drilling expertise.						
					
								2006
							Dietswell launches its rig inspection division under the Factorig brand. And has since audit over 2000 drilling units
